These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the Terms) govern your use of the services provided by Spyranking. They are binding on every customer. By using the service, you agree to all provisions in full.
About the Service
Spyranking.com provides users with tools for tracking positions in search engines, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Our customers have access to:
- Profile setup, including selection of search engine, geolocation, and language.
- Setting a tracking schedule.
- Viewing historical data and reports.
- Search by specified keywords.
- Generation and sending of reports/notifications by email.
- Import and export of data.
- Visualization — information is presented in the form of graphs and charts for quick understanding of changes and identification of issues.
The final list of features depends on the selected pricing plan.
Account Features
A prospective customer must meet the following requirements:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- have an email address used for receiving reports and mailings;
- pay for services on time;
- set the main parameters: keywords, search engine, geolocation, and check schedule;
- create a strong password for authorization.
To ensure account security, the following requirements must be observed:
- one account may be used by only one individual or company;
- authorization credentials must not be shared with third parties;
- a complex password must be generated and changed periodically.
Pricing Plans and Payment

You can explore the full functionality of the service with a free trial. We do not require bank card details. The trial period lasts 7 days.
Payment features:
- customers may choose to pay annually or monthly;
- automatic renewal applies unless the customer cancels the subscription;
- we accept payment in US dollars;
- payments are processed by PayPro Global Inc. (payproglobal.com), which acts as an authorized Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also accept the terms of PayPro Global.
We also offer one-time credit packages — Starter, Professional, Corporate, and Mega. Terms of use:
- intended for payment of position checks;
- unused credits are written off;
- the remaining credit balance is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of your subscription under the following conditions:
- Processing of the request takes 5 to 10 business days.
- Credit packages are non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only to the unused subscription period.
- A refund will be denied if access to the account was blocked due to a violation of the service policy.
Refunds are processed through PayPro Global Inc. in accordance with their procedure.
Service Limitations
The following rules and provisions apply at Spyranking:
- The volume of credits depends on the selected pricing plan.
- Data export is not subject to limits.
- There are no restrictions on search profiles and keywords.
Comfort and accessibility of the service are confirmed by the following:
- Target availability is 99%.
- Intuitive interface.
- Service performance may be affected by scheduled maintenance and the operation of external API interfaces.
Prohibited Actions
Customers are prohibited from:
- sharing authorization credentials with third parties;
- using malicious software, viruses, or content whose distribution or use is prohibited by law and which may cause harm to Spyranking;
- violating intellectual property rights;
- committing fraudulent actions, including attempts to illegally bypass security systems;
- collecting information about the service using automated tools;
- duplicating accounts to receive free credits.
Our Responsibilities
We undertake to:
- provide high-quality services;
- ensure all necessary security measures;
- provide 24/7 customer support;
- continuously improve the service.
No guarantees are provided regarding:
- the accuracy of information from external sources;
- fixed website positions in search engine results;
- the absence of changes in search algorithms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- any potentially unlawful actions of the user;
- inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided during registration;
- loss of access to the account.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Termination
An account may be temporarily suspended or permanently deactivated in the following cases:
- violation of the terms of use;
- non-payment for 30 days;
- detection of fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
- improper use of the free trial period.
Subscriptions can be cancelled in the account settings. After cancellation, access to the service is terminated immediately, so we advise users to export their data in advance. Funds for the unused subscription period are non-refundable. Collection and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data Ownership and Information Export
The customer retains ownership of the information they have entered. Export is available at any time, including downloading information from third-party services.
We in turn own the following:
- search engine position tracking data;
- analytics;
- generated reports;
- software;
- algorithms used.
Changes to the Terms
We may make changes to the Terms, notifying users by email 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the updates, we recommend cancelling your subscription.
Legal Regulation
Services are provided by sole trader Nedvetskyi D.Yu. (Kyiv, Ukraine).
The relationship between the service and users is governed by:
- the legislation of Ukraine;
- in matters of consumer protection for EU residents — the applicable EU legislation.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement can be reached — in the courts at the place of registration of the service provider (Kyiv, Ukraine).
Force Majeure
The service is not liable for full or partial failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as:
- natural disasters;
- adoption of new legislation;
- failures in API operation or internet infrastructure;
- other events beyond our control, including military actions, epidemics, and cyberattacks.

Severability
