All services provided by Spyranking are governed by the terms and conditions listed below and are binding on every customer.

About the Service

Spyranking.com specializes in providing services for tracking positions in search engines, including Google, Bing, and Yahoo. We offer our customers:

• Position tracking according to a specified schedul;
• Historical reports;
• Customization by search engine, language, and geolocation;
• Keyword search;
• Generation and sending of reports and notifications by email;
• Export/import of information.
• Visual monitoring of graphs every day;
• Tracking of competitors’ positions;
• Ability to identify traffic drops in advance and adjust strategy.

Account Features

Customer requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have a personal email address — required for authorization, receiving reports, and mailings;
• Create a strong password;
• Pay for services in accordance with the terms of the agreement;
• Set preferences — list of keywords, select search engine, region, frequency of checks.

Account security:

• One account per individual or company;
• Authorization data must not be transferred to third parties;
• Use a complex password and change it periodically.

Pricing Plans and Payment

Available pricing plans:

• Basic: $18/month (6,000 credits);
• Pro: $77/month (30,000 credits);
• Max: $198/month (90,000 credits).

There is a free trial version — no card details required, with full access to all features for 7 days.

Payment features:

• You can choose to pay annually or monthly;
• Automatic renewal applies unless the customer cancels the agreement;
• Currency: US dollars;
• Transactions are processed through the Stripe system.

One-time credit packages are available: Starter, Professional, Corporate, and Mega. How to use them:

• Credits are used to pay for position verification;
• Unused credits are written off in accordance with the terms and conditions;
• The remaining balance is not refundable;

Return Policy

We guarantee a refund within 14 days of subscription, subject to the following conditions:

• Processing of the application takes 5 to 10 business days;
• Refund applies only to the unused subscription period;
• Credit packages are not refundable;
• Refunds are not possible if account access was closed due to violation of the service policy.

Restrictions on the Provision of Services

Spyranking terms and conditions:

• The number of credits depends on the selected tariff plan;
• There are no limits on data export;
• There are no restrictions on search profiles and keywords.

Comfort and accessibility of services:

• Target availability indicator is 99%;
• Convenient interface;
• The service may be affected by technical maintenance and use of external software interfaces (API).

Prohibited Actions

According to the current service policy, customers may not:

• Transfer access rights to their account to third parties;
• Perform actions that may harm the program, such as using malicious software, viruses, or prohibited content;
• Violate copyrights;
• Commit fraudulent actions, including attempting to illegally circumvent security measures;
• Collect data about the service using automated tools;
• Duplicate accounts to receive free credits.

Our Responsibilities

We undertake to provide:

• High-quality services;
• All necessary security measures;
• 24/7 customer support;
• Regular improvements to the functionality of the service.

No guarantees:

• Accuracy of information from external sources;
• Specific website positions in search results;
• No further changes to search engine algorithms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any potentially unlawful actions committed by the user, for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information provided during registration, or for the loss of access to the account.

Reasons for Account Termination

The account may be suspended or terminated in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of use;
• Non-payment within a month;
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions confirmed;
• Abuse of the free trial version.

Customers can cancel their subscription in their account settings. Access to the service is terminated immediately, so users should export their data in advance. Money for the remaining subscription period is not refundable. Personal data will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Data Ownership and Information Export

The client owns the information entered. Export is available at any time, including downloading data from third-party services.

We own the following data:

• Position tracking results;
• Analytical information;
• Generated reports;
• Software;
• Algorithms used.

Changes to User Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms. A notification will be sent by email 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, cancel your subscription.

Legal Regulation

The relationship between the service and customers is governed by:

• Legislation of the Czech Republic;
• EU consumer protection rights;
• Disputes shall be settled in court in Prague.

Force Majeure

The service is exempt from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure, including:

• Natural disasters.
• Adoption of new government laws.
• Malfunctions in the API or Internet infrastructure.
• Other events beyond control, including military actions, epidemics, and hacker attacks.

Support service is available:

• 24/7 availability.
• Response within 24 hours.
• Assistance with account setup, tool operation, and technical problems.

Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in full force. Agreement with the terms and privacy policy takes effect immediately upon account creation.
